This white wine comes from high selected and vocated vineyards, sited in the best hilly areas of the denomination, the grapes are transformed with the most modern winemaking techniques.

VINIFICATION
White fermentation at a controlled temperature approx 14°C for 10 days in steel tank.

AGEING
“Sur lie” aging in stainless steel tanks for 4-6 months then gets bottled.

TASTING NOTES
Typical hints of apricot and herbs, embracing harmonious with apleasant aftertaste of sweet almonds.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Good with all the traditional Italian dishes, from cheese, fish, white pasta to white meat.
