White fermentation at 16 ° C of the must obtained by soft pressing of the berries and subjected to cold cleaning.
It rests for about 6 months in “sur lie” steel tanks, and finally 2 months in the bottle.
This white wine obtained from a careful separate vinifucation of the grapes that compose it, has intense hints of white flowers, citrus and herbaceous notes, combined with a marked and “salty” acidity and a beautiful structure.
Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Delicate fruity and floral scents in good balance between them.
Excellent as an aperitif and light fish and meat dishes of the Italian tradition.
